A bit of history
In 1777, fleeing the king’s troops, the Marquis de La Fayette left France from Pauillac to join the Americas.
There, he played a decisive role in the victory of the American War of Independence. A monument commemorates his departure at the Pauillac marina.
A word from the owner
I was already a regular visitor to Pauillac, and it has been my home base for several years now. I love this region of the Médoc and never tire of exploring it.
I am delighted to welcome you, along with my team, to this establishment, which we have designed to be both gourmet and authentic.
